For mother's day the kids and Jeff planted most of the garden. Tomatoes, Peppers, garlic. This weekend we planted kohlrabi, cauliflower, cucumbers, corn and sunflowers.
Jeff is working on some landscaping within the next couple weeks and we will have more room to plant pumpkins and cantaloupe. I am excited for the pumpkins!
Kellsie is going to work on a wildflower patch along the front fence.

What is kohlrabi? Pumpkins are fun. Ours are growing way faster than all the other squash and melons which is funny to me cause they are more of a winter one. Now if we can keep the dog away from the lettuce, it was growing great but she ate it all. jerk. and the birds away from the strawberries! little thievers!
