So Jeff has no budged on the name "Stone" for our baby. He keeps telling me that he will get to the birth cert first and just fill in the name. So I have a solution:
I am going to tell the nurse that Jeff is NOT the father of this baby!
Take that Jeff. I win! You loose!

No worries - he can fill it in, but if I remember correctly, there's no place for him to sign it just the mother. So ultimately it's completely up to you. :)
