Nothing too new to report. I am still taking pills so I can keep food down. I am still on the couch for most of the day, but I did get up today to go to Humanitarian Aid for an hour. That was nice. I hope I can keep building up to full strength.
I have another Dr. Apt today for the baby. It is after school so the kids can come. They are really excited.

I'm glad you're able to get some meds to help a little. I know it doesn't do much for what you need though--I had a little help this time too. Not anymore and i feel pretty lowsy most of the time. Hang in there. Report on your visit. I hope all is well. When do you reach what you consider a safe zone?
