Fell in love all over again

So my ultra manly husband just melted my heart.

He called me from work and asked me to go online to buy tickets for him and Kellsie to go and see the new Hannah Montana movie!

He said he felt like he hadn't spent much time with her and wanted to go out somewhere special.

I reminded him of the sappy/girly/musical type of movie that he would be seeing, but he is still planning on going.

I am so impressed with him. What a loving father.

It's a BOY!!!

We found out today that we are having another boy. The baby had all his hands and feet. He is 1lb (and amazingly enough I have only gained one pound this month myself).

Logan and Jakob are thrilled! Kellsie not so much, but I am sure once I start her on baby blankets, she will start getting excited.

My brothers are already on the hunt for charger clothes. And Jeff's sister is working on Buffalo Bills clothes.

What a sucker!

So on Saturday night we watched "Marely and Me" as a family. I of course cried at the end (because I am prego and I cry at everything). Then I looked over expecting to see my sensitive, dog loving daughter in massive amounts of tears and...I was right.

But right next to Kellsie was my manly man Jeff crying with her. WHAT??? I quickly grabbed my camera to get it as physical proof. I got a couple pics. But I got sloppy and left the camera out and he deleted them.

But I swear, he was crying!

He will now divorce me when he finds out I blogged about it, but that is the price he pays for deleting pictures off of MY CAMERA!

That has gotta hurt...

Last night Jeff took the kids outside to figure out the back yard landscaping. I went out to see how they were doing and Logan is sitting on the slide crying/screaming with Jeff next to him trying to comfort him.

What had happened is that he was climbing on the playground and fell. He landed legs split on a metal bar (you know, hitting the boy parts). We get him inside and Jeff tells me to check him out. WHATEVER! He is way too old for me to be checking. So Jeff did the honors of making sure all the parts were where they were suppose to be. Of course he did say words like "they don't look broken". Scaring the crap out of my son.

I told them we should get an ice pack in place to keep the swelling down and help with the massive amount of pain. Next thing I know Jeff is taking an ice pack and putting in places where the sun doesn't shine. "THIS ICE PACK IS FOR LUNCHES NOT BODY PARTS!" I explained that if he was going to use that ice pack he needed to put it in a plastic bag and wrap it in a towel. That pack could have frozen to Logan's area without a towel. You think a Dad would be a little more sensitive about that.

Logan was still hurting today, but better than yesterday. I told him if he was still in pain on thurs I would take him to the Dr. Poor baby.

AS for Jeff. I think I am going to make him take a first aid class.

Vampire Anyone?

So last week we watched Twilight as a family. No judgment calls. I am just stating a fact!

So last sat night we are telling the kids that tomorrow (sun) is going to be fast Sunday( that is where we fast for two meals and give the money for those meals to the church to help people who are in need). We are suppose to fast with something in mind (usually to help someone who is sick or someone who is in need of extra blessings).

Logan says he is going to fast for his hand, because he hurt it playing.

Jakob said he was going to fast to be human.

WHAT??? Jeff looks at me all confused!

We then clarify what Jakob was saying and he let us know that he is now a vampire, but he would like to be human again, so that is what he is fast for.

I love my family. Never a dull moment. Always laughing...

HE LOVES ME!

Jeff came home last night with dinner and Roses (for me). They were really pretty yellow roses. Of course Kellsie had to jump in and say that she read that yellow roses are what you give your grandma, but I am not listening to her!

I LOVE JEFFREY!

My Guest Book! Check it out!
