Jakob and the Turkey

Jakob and Jeff were in charge of the Turkey this year. This is Jakob giving the turkey a butter and herb back rub. Part of the process was that Jakob had to get all the giblets out of the inside of the turkey. As he is pulling parts out, Jeff is telling him what they are. "This is the kidney. This is the heart". Then Jakob pulls out the neck and Jeff says, "what part do you think this is?" And what do you think my son said? Just look at the pic and think of the thing I wish he hadn't said.
