So I went online and couldn't find anything to help. So I called cust. support. She said since it was over 90 days since I bought it, she would have to charge me to talk to her. Instead of being nice and sweet and trying to talk her into helping me, I kinda got mad. I told her I had a small dumb question and I needed help, I shouldn't have to pay money for it.
She let me ask the question, and she laughed and told me how to fix it. I feel really dumb. It is all fixed. I did loose the most current info , but at least the majority is still there. I am so thankful to have it back and working right. I guess I hope I fixed all the problems and it keeps turning on.
